DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printing is an in-depth process that uses a large printer to spray ink onto garments.

After the custom DTG printing design is approved, the art is exported as a .png file that will be sent to the printer. The garments are pretreated which sprays a think layer of solution on the shirt. This allows for white ink to stick to the shirt. Even if your design does not have white in it, white ink will be used to help make your design brighter.

Next, the piece is cured through our high temperature dryer. A thin layer of film might remain on the shirt from the pretreat. This comes out in the washing machine.
